Return and Exchange Policy

At Kauser Collections, we strive to provide you with high-quality Eastern attire, including Kameez Shalwar and waistcoats. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

EXCHANGE POLICY

After the delivery of the product, if you are not satisfied with the product in terms of size, color or any other defect, the item can be exchanged within 15 days after the product delivery. Kauser Collection will conduct a proper checking process before exchanging the product. The product should fall in the following criteria before making an exchange:

  • The item should not be used or washed.
  • All original tags must be kept intact.
  • The item is either faulty or is incorrect in size or color.
  • Kauser Collection should receive it within 15 days.
  • Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
  • All costs (shipping charges, taxes and duties) will be always borne by the customer. The product can only be exchanged once after the purchase. No returns will be entertained by Kauser Collection.
  • Articles sold on Discount will not be Returned or Exchanged.
  • No Return / Exchange outside Canada due to freight charges and taxes.
  • Note: The Above points are only valid for Customer’s living in Canada.

REFUND POLICY

  • Please note that we offer only exchanges and not refunds.
  • Please note that any product purchased on sale cannot be exchanged or returned.

If the product turns out to be faulty or has any defect, please inform Kauser Collection at collectionkauser@gmail.com within 48 hours after delivery.
