1. Delivery Places

• We ship to Canada and the United States of America.
• International shipping is done to the chosen countries. Write us for more information before ordering.

2. Delivery Time

• Standard Shipping: Delivered within 10 business days.
• Express Shipping: For very urgent shipments, delivered within 7 business days. (Extra cost will be incurred).
• Delivery periods may be longer during holidays, sales, or unexpected circumstances.

3. Shipping Fees

• We offer free shipping across Toronto and Greater Toronto Area (GTA) on all orders worth CA$100 or more, not including taxes, which will be included in your cart during checkout.
• For shipping across Canada and USA, standard or express delivery fees are computed and charged, which will be included in your cart during checkout.

4. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 10 business days upon confirmation of payment.
• Orders taken on Friday, Saturday, Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
• For express shipping, you can WhatsApp us on 1 (416) 476-7404 and we can make the arrangements for an additional fee.

5. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to follow your delivery status.
• In case of any tracking-related issues, please reach out to the UPS customer care or use their online tracking feature.
